Tai Chi for Adults 60 and over

Join us for the gentle art of Tai Chi. Work on balance and body health in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Work at your own speed, join at anytime. Moves are explained so you can join in at anytime and not feel left out or left behind.

Join us for Tai Chi for Adults 60 and over. This gentle Chinese art of exercise is performed in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere at the library.  Work at your own pace and you can perform the moves in a seated position as well as standing.  The goal of the program is to work on balance and body health, with the added benefit of interaction with your peers.

Moves are explained each session so you can join the group at any time and feel left out or left behind. The program is run before the library opens so that no one feels like they are being watched or judged in any way.

Please join us each Monday morning at 9 am here at the Homer Public Library.
